THE EVICTION OF INTELLECT: HENRY STEINER

The film follows the life and works of internationally renowned Graphic Designer Henry Steiner. Born near Vienna, Austria in 1934 his family fled the country in 1939, emigrating to New York City. After studying Design at Yale University and the Sorbonne in Paris, Steiner eventually made his way to the emerging Metropolis of Hong Kong in 1961.
Creating such iconic designs as the HSBC logo and the Hong Kong bank notes, he has since become known as the „thw father of Hong Kong design“.
